Here we are pleased to present an original creation by Liz Wallace (Navajo/Washo/Maidu) in the form of her whimsical butterflies. This hand fabricated pin was made using sterling silver and a natural Carico Lake Turquoise with a color that resembles a pale robins egg, rather than the greenish color most associated with Carico Lake. The different details all the way down to the tiniest turquoise eyes make this piece beautiful and very playful. Who wouldn't want this wonderful butterfly to land on their coat jacket, or dress up shirt. A piece that will bring joy to the wearer and create happiness to all who see it.
